Well... rats.  The time has come to become Previous Owners (POs).  We hauled Pixie the Boat in June 2011, and she's been sitting in the yard since, probably accumulating mud daubers.  She got some water in her during a tropical depression, but has since been drained and scrubbed out a few times.  She now has a nicely placed and shaped hole, ready for installation of a garboard plug.
